Mr and Mrs Bigley have had to step down from judging at the Spring Festival this year. Mrs Bigley will be replaced by Mrs Jackie Cooper in the NPS/NAF RIHS M&M WHP qualifier. Mr Bigley will be replaced by Mrs Lesley Hillard for the NPS/Baileys Horse Feeds M&M Large Breeds HOYS qualifier.
